Confirmation and
Miscellaneous Hearing

Chapter 13 confirmations hearings and hearings on miscellaneous chapter 13 matters will be held as scheduled. Check website www.cacb.uscourts.gov for each judges instructions for appearances.

Trustee's Motion to Dismiss

Debtors should submit delinquent funds timely, so that they are received and posted by the Trustee prior to the date of the hearing. If funds are to be submitted close to the hearing date, debtor should tender those funds to his or her attorney, so that the attorney can represent to the Trustee and/or the Court that the attorney is holding those funds. Debtors and their attorneys will not be able to submit funds to the Trustee at the hearings.
